You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by following the steps outlined below. We will process your request promptly in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

2 Data We Store

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, country, and encrypted password.
• Profile Information: Working status and any optional profile details you have provided.
• Purchase History: Records of courses, webinars, books, memberships, and consultation purchases (including payment references).
• Course Progress: Video watch progress, completed modules, and learning history.
• Communication Records: Support messages or contact form submissions linked to your account.
• Technical Data: Login logs, device information, and IP addresses.
• Push Notification Token: FCM token for app notifications (if applicable).

3 What Gets Deleted

Upon a successful data deletion request, the following will be permanently removed:

• Your user account and login credentials.
• Personal profile information (name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number).
• Course progress and learning history.
• Push notification tokens (FCM tokens).
• Newsletter subscription preferences and email marketing data.
• Contact form messages linked to your account.
• Session data and login history.

4 Data We Must Retain

Certain data must be retained even after an account deletion request due to legal, regulatory, and financial obligations. This includes:

• Transaction Records: Payment and purchase records (order ID, amount, product, date) are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations.
• Fraud Prevention Data: Anonymised data that helps prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse.
• Legal Disputes: Any data relevant to ongoing legal claims or disputes.

This retained data is anonymised where possible and is not used for any commercial purpose.

Once your identity is verified, we will process your data deletion request as follows:

• Acknowledgement: Within 2 business days of receiving your request.
• Deletion Completion: Within 30 days of verification.
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.

If there are any reasons we are unable to fulfil the deletion (e.g., legal hold), we will inform you and explain the reason.

7 App-Specific Data Deletion

Our Android application uses WebView and shares the same backend database as our website. Deleting your account via any of the methods above will also remove all data associated with your app usage, including:

• App login sessions and authentication tokens.
• FCM push notification tokens.
• In-app purchase history and course progress.
• Any region or preference settings stored against your account.

8 After Deletion

Please note the following after your account is deleted:

• You will lose access to all purchased courses, webinars, and digital products permanently.
• You will not be able to log in to the website or app using the deleted account.
• You can create a new account in the future, but prior purchases will not be restored.
• Any active memberships or subscriptions will be cancelled without a refund for unused periods.
